  FC NOVA U10 Soccer Girls ~ Las CHiCAS ~ Raise More Than $800 to Benefit Breast Cancer Awareness
  The FC Nova Las CHiCAS U10 soccer girls teamed with local landscape and nursery center Franz Witte to raise money for breast cancer awareness and research in October during national breast cancer awareness month.  The Las CHiCAS came up with the idea of selling breast cancer awareness bracelets as a community service project and fundraiser for this important cause.  Las CHiCAS head coach Sean O'Gara ran with the idea creating 200 snazzy, hot-pink awareness bracelets and then challenged the girls to each raise $50 in less than one week!  The girls took the challenge seriously and together the team raised over $800 which was presented during Franz Witte's annual OktoberBreast event that celebrates fall and raises funds for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure® network.  Thanks to everyone that purchased the bracelets and to Franz Witte and the NOVA Las CHiCAS for working together to promote breast cancer awareness.

  "FC Nova is proud to announce the new coaching addition of Clifton Bush.  Clifton is the Head Coach of the Treasure Valley CC Women's Program, and will serve as the new Assistant Coach to the defending Idaho State Champions, FC Nova U19 SuperNova Girls,"  Michael Mollay, Director of Coaching announced.  "We are proud to add Clifton to the finest coaching lineup in Idaho.  Clifton is one of 5 current college/university coaches on the FC Nova Staff.  He is a great addition and our players will benefit from his expertise and interest for future college opportunities.  FC Nova continues it rich tradition and standards of providing the finest and most experienced coaching staff in Idaho.  Welcome Clifton to the Nova Family!"
